Adding Items to Your Cart
When you are ready to purchase an item, you may have to select an option in the pull down box next to the product. This is very important. There could be options that are not selected that include: Size. Finish, Fabric, Etc. After Choosing the options (if applicable), click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. You will now be directed straight to viewing all items in your shopping cart. Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to view all the items in your cart. After viewing the items in your shopping cart, you can start checking out or you may shop by using any of the links on the left. While you are shopping you can access your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the link that says 'Shopping Cart' at the top right of any page.

Checkout
Once all the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Cart, you can click the button, 'Proceed to Checkout'. Here is where you will enter your order information. Our Checkout process is simple, fast and no sign up necessary. We would like to add you to our mailing list at this time. If you prefer not to be added, simply select the appropriate check box.

Our prices include shipping and sales tax*. The price guarantee will match total price only, including all delivery charges, taxes, and handling fees that may be incurred. Back Orders and Cancellations

If you order a Ashley Furniture product and it is on backorder we will notify you before we process. If it is not on backorder we will process the order.. Any Ashley Furniture order CANNOT be cancelled once the order is placed. We ship Ashley Furniture orders that are big items via Home Direct... Back orders are a way of life in the furniture business. They happen from time to time WITHOUT notice. They are caused by many reasons beyond our control. In the event of a back order there are a few things to be aware of. The order can stay in place until the items are available. We charge the customer immediately upon order confirmation and approval. If the items are on backorder we will gladly refund the customers money until the items ship. In this case please email our help desk or call 1-877-670-7727 and we will be glad to process your credit. We can also substitute the backorder item for a similar in-stock item. The customer may cancel the order at any time until the order has been processed or started production. ONCE AN ORDER IS IN PRODUCTION OR PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED UNDER MOST CIRCUMSTANCES. Some cancellations may result in a processing fee. If there is information on the order that needs to be amended, please call us immediately at the toll free customer service number. Some changed may result in a processing fee.

Shipping Policy

UPS Freight
Most large orders are shipped UPS Freight. If you are not sure how your order was shipped, ask the driver or call customer service and they will be able to tell you. It is important to know how your item was shipped. If your items are shipped freight you are responsible for checking your order for damages when it arrives and while the driver is there so you may note any possible damages on the freight receipt or BOL. Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged so we may quickly and efficiently get the issue resolved. We may ask for pictures of the damaged items or boxes, so please be prepared to provide this information

Fed Ex Ground and UPS Ground
We ship most small orders FedEx and UPS ground. FedEx and UPS ground does not require signatures for their packages. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, they will leave your packages at your house. If the packaging or items inside are damaged, contact us immediately so we may quickly and efficiently get the issue resolved. We may ask for pictures of the damaged items or boxes, so please be prepared to provide this information. We ship all of our goods with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Southeastern Freight lines and many more commercial carriers. Most of our items include free shipping as the shipping charges are paid by our company. The free shipping is via standard ground services. Additional services may be purchased by the customer. Feel free to call us if you need additional help with shipping questions or quotes. Some ground carriers do not require a signature. Please notify us of any specific instructions prior to delivery. Deliveries in certain areas or situations may require additional fees. If your order is shipped via freight or another common carrier, it is very important to check the packing slip on the shipment to verify that all contents are there before you sign for the delivery. If the shipment is signed for, we are not responsible for any shortages. All shortages and damages need to be noted at the time of delivery. If you feel there is a problem at the time of delivery please call us immediately, while the driver is present, and we will be glad to assist in any way we can


Home Direct

Most large items as well as large orders from Ashley Furniture will ship home direct.

We arrange for your large order to be shipped via Home Direct, which mean no curb side delivery no headache of who will need to be present to help. Home direct includes two person delivery inside the threshold, stair carries (up to two flights prior to the threshold) If any piece weighs more than 300lbs or pieces are greater than four shipment will only be available for delivery to the first dry area or garage. Home Direct will call the customer to set up an appointment time and date for delivery. It is very important that the customer be there at that time and date they set up. If after numerous times attempts for delivery has been made and the customer has not responded we reserve the right to recall all merchandise. If this happens there will b a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges will apply. One the delivery drivers unload and bring items into the house it is VERY important to inspect inside the boxes and outside the boxes for any damage. (dents,dings,broken pieces, scratches) This is the customers responsibility. If ANYTHING is damaged note very clearly on the delivery receipt that the driver takes back “damaged”. If any damage we must know right away.

Damages and Part Replacements
We cannot guarantee the safe handling of the packages in certain situations and damages may be incurred. We will replace or repair any product free of charge. Upon delivery of order, be sure to check the items for damages immediately. If the delivery is via common carrier, it is important to note on the Bill of Lading that the product is damaged. If the carton is damaged, but there is not time to thoroughly check the product, please write "carton damaged, may have concealed damage" on the Bill of Lading. This will ensure that the damages are noted to help ensure a trouble free replacement. Some replacement parts may be sent from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. Replacements may take 7-14 days for delivery. If there are too many parts to replace or it is damaged beyond repair, we may send an entire new stool. Please keep any and all of the packaging and the carton in case of the carrier returning the damaged item for inspection. These are situations that occur and we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is filled to your satisfaction. Because of any or all parts can be replaced, a return due to damage will fall under the normal return procedures. To help assist you in getting your replacement parts an s quickly as possible, we ask that you fill out our Parts Request Form. This form will initiate and expedite the parts order.

Online Parts Order Form

We have added an Online Parts Order Form in case there may be any parts that arrived damaged or missing and can be replaced. We deal with many world class manufacturers, but there are times when parts and replacement orders need to be sent to the manufacturer. This form is here to ensure you get exactly what you need the first time. Please add as much information as possible to help us notify the manufacturer of the problem. We only ship parts to customers that have purchased from our web sites. If a part is needed and the item is out of warranty, you did not place the order with us, and you plan to purchase the part, feel free to call us and we will try and help you in any way.

Returns and Damages

If you are not happy with your order, you may return it at any time within the first 30 days for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling cost and restocking fees. Our products are offered to the customer with free shipping so please be aware that if you return any items our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund less any applicable restocking fees up to 30%. Please call our help desk to find out the exact restocking fees of the item you ordered. The items have to be in the original, resalable carton. All parts must be packaged in its original packaging to ensure a safe return. Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the package and authorize a refund. IN THE EVENT THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS PAPERWORK AND/OR FEES FROM THE CARRIER. If a product arrives damaged or we made an error and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement the item can be returned under our standard return policy. Please keep in mind that once an order is in process or shipping it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order it will then fall under our standard return policy. It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces are accounted for before you sign. It is important to inspect all items and cartons for any damage immediately upon arrival. It is crucial that you notify us immediately when you discover your damages, as we will not accept claims after an unreasonable amount of time has passed.

Return Procedures

Please email returns@barstoolsupercenter.com and include your original order number, what products you are returning, your name and why you are returning or call 1-877-670-7727 and speak with one of representatives.

We will give you an RMA number and a return address

Please only write your RMA number on the original shipping label. Place the new shipping label directly beside the lable with the RMA number. T
his will ensure your package doesn't have to be repacked and no extra fees will be encured.

Wrap the package(s) carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging also remember if
damaged during transit the customer is responsible.

After you have shipped the item please call us or email us with the tracking numbers for verification.

*Custom built stools are not returnable*

If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damage, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Replacement parts may be sent from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. Replacements may take 7-14 days for delivery. If there are too many parts to replace or it is damaged beyond repair, we may send an entirely new stool. Please keep all packaging materials and the carton to prevent further damage in the return. These are situations that occur and we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is filled to your satisfaction. Because most parts can be easily replaced, a return due to damage will fall under the normal return procedures. To help assist you in getting your replacement parts as quickly as possible, we ask that you fill out our Parts Request Form with the most accurate information possible. This form will initiate and expedite the parts order. If your item has a problem due to a manufactures defect, we can either replace the defective part or if necessary the entire item. In some cases we may choose to have the defective item picked up and sent back to our warehouse to inspect it ourselves.

What Size Bar Stool Do I Need?
This is always a good question. This can only be answered after we answer another question: what is the height of your bar or kitchen tabletop?

41-43” Tall Bar or Table: Usually accepts a bar stool which is normally 29-31 inches tall.

35-37" Tall Bar or Table: Usually accepts a counter stool which is normally 24-26 inches tall.

Sometimes you will have other variables that affect your buying decision such as: Does the stool have arms? What is the size and height of the person? For this, just measure up from the floor 24 to 30 inches. The difference from there to the bar should determine if there's room for a bar or counter stool.
